Is your company at risk?

Many manufacturing companies in Pennsylvania are at risk. Many shipments of American made products will be rejected by European Companies beginning in July, 2006.

? Does your company sell any type of electrical or electronic product in the European Union (EU), or intend to in the future?

? Does your company currently, or do you intend to supply a company that sells an electrical or electronic product in the EU?

? Is your company an electrical or electronic OEM that sells into a global market not including the EU?

? Is your company a supplier of a product or service, as related to an electrical or electronic product, which in turn will be sold into the global market not including the EU?

If you have answered yes to any of these questions, your company may be at significant risk that your products will no longer be accepted into European markets.
