The Partnership…manufacturers helping manufacturers compete. The Northwest Pennsylvania Electronics Manufacturing Industry Partnership is comprised of the CEOs of electronics manufacturing companies in northwest and north central Pennsylvania and is operating under a grant from Governor Rendell’s Job Ready PA Initiative. The goal of the Electronics Manufacturing Industry Partnership is to create awareness among manufacturing companies of the European Union’s RoHS and WEEE Directives, as well as to identify and create access to local, state and federal funding that will able to assist manufacturing companies with low interest loans and grants to provide training and get equipment that is needed because of the enactment of the EU Directives.
